Refund & Cancellation
Maaricha business model is empowering businesses by providing them with different products for their bulk needs. Hence, we provide free samples to our clients and only charge for shipping.
We provide free samples only to those clients who have gone through our extensive procedure of providing KYC.
Cancellation Policy - Customers can cancel their shipment before it leaves our Head office. After the shipment leaves, customers cannot cancel their shipments and are liable to pay delivery charges.
Refunds Policy - After customers cancel their shipment before it leaves our head office, we will initiate a refund in 3-5 business days.
Since, Maaricha doesn’t sell any items on the website and only provide free samples, we do not provide any refund for our products. Moreover, if the shipment has left our inventory, we are liable to pay to our logistics parters such as DTDC, DHL and Blue Dart and hence cannot refund the delivery charges paid by our valuable clients.
